With two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Rolland has coached everyone from first-time lifters to marathoners, physicians, first responders, and retirees. Rolland is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Master Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and holds many more specializations. Rolland is also a Master Fitness Trainer for the U.S. Army, where he helps service members maintain a high level of physical readiness and is currently assigned to the 478th Civil Affairs (Airborne) out of Miami, FL. His experience and expertise, gives him a grounded, evidence-based approach that actually works in the real world.
